Higlett joins bLU cRU Support Off-Road team

Experienced enduro racer Fraser Higlett will join Cooper Sheidow and Jett Yarnold in Yamaha’s bLU cRU Support Off-Road team for the 2025 Yamaha Australian Enduro Championship presented by MXStore (AusEnduro).

Higlett’s addition to the bLU cRU squad will see the three riders contest the E1 division, with the sister ShopYamaha Team focussed on the E2 class this season with Wil Ruprecht and Will Dennett.

The 25-year-old Higlett is an experienced domestic campaigner, as well as representing Team Australia on several occasions at the International Six Days Enduro.

After finishing fifth overall in the E3 class last year on a Beta, the change of bikes and teams is a big motivation for the Queenslander.

“I have only just had a couple of rides on the bike, and I can’t believe how good it is,” he said. “It’s so much fun to ride, that I can’t get home fast enough to get some loops in before dark.

“(ShopYamaha team manager) AJ Roberts has been a huge help in getting this sorted for me and already pointed me in the right direction with the bike and what I need, so I’m excited to represent Yamaha and the bLU cRU team as well as hang out with Cooper and Jett at the rounds.”

The opening round of the 2025 AusEndure Championship will be held on March 1-2 in Kempsey, NSW.
